Almost half-way through 2012! Can you believe it?

I’ve had some questions about when the next Master Mind group would be starting and I want to let you know the next group starts in June!

The members in the last two groups accomplished a great deal, and you can do the same.

I’ve set up two different groups: one for those of you who’ve been in business 3 years or less and one for those of you who’ve been in business 3 years or more.

Let’s get some like-minded entrepreneurs together and create a space where you can get some support and ideas! I’m looking forward to supporting you.

The first week of December. I marvel at the pace and the distance of this year. I am barely ready for the Holiday Season! As humans do, I must make "peace" with this year while looking forward to the next! No matter how the current year ranks in our evaluation, the next year always has some measure of hope, of optimism, in it. Why do we do this when it is easy to look around and discern so many unpleasant, disturbing, and threatening trends?

For one thing, it keeps us going–without a prospect of something better, life is difficult.

We also choose to see the little trends that are indicative of better things, and in choosing to see them we help amplify them. And, perhaps most importantly, humans are dreamers; dreamers who follow those dreams and act to make them reality.
And this time of year is when the dreamer in us comes to the forefront. The point where we look back and look forward almost simultaneously is when the dreamer comes out.

This is the perfect time to envision your endeavors for the coming year. Why?

Because you have the current year in mind so your dreams are grounded in reality ("things are as they are"). This grounding means your dreams are fabricated in the here and now and incorporate the trends of here and now into your vision of a there and then! This is significant as it increases the likelihood of realizing your dream (vision).

It is therefore very important to realize that in envisioning, do not be overly critical or analytic. Do NOT think about the "hows" or let them intrude. The object of envisioning is to imagine. It is important to capture the imaginings…whether in a notebook, journal, e-entry, poster, visionboard, etc. Because you have your experiences in mind, including what is transpiring currently in your world, your imaginings are far more grounded in reality than would first appear!

This month, do take the time to just relax in quiet and let your thoughts wander to what you really want to do, want to accomplish, want to see, next year. Capture those thoughts. Let set for 48 hours and then revisit. At that point, you can begin to plan for next year and consider the "hows": what to do to implement your vision!

Enjoy the Holiday Season and prepare to enjoy the 2010 you have envisioned!
